Due to limited pressings, some items—especially LPs and used titles—may sell out before inventory updates are reflected online.
Inventory is updated every 24–48 hours, but occasional overlaps can occur. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, you will be notified promptly.
Defective merchandise (new or used) may be returned within 7 days of delivery for replacement only.
• If a replacement is unavailable, a store credit will be issued
• No refunds
• Items must be returned in original packaging
• Opened/used items are not eligible for return unless defective
• No returns on special orders or sale items
Mail-order customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Damages must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
