Description
Aliens: The Official Movie Magazine. A 1986 promotional magazine includes an adaptation of the film in text form, along with articles on several of the principle actors and crew and their roles in the film, namely Sigourney Weaver (Ripley), Michael Biehn (Corporal Hicks), Paul Reiser (Burke) and Lance Henriksen (Bishop), and behind the scenes interviews with director James Cameron, producer Gale Anne Hurd and special effects artist Stan Winston. Alongside the written information, the magazine contains a wealth of exclusive images and promotional stills, including photographs from scenes eventually deleted from the final cut of the movie, such as the Burke cocoon sequence.
