The Ambush (1973-1986) at 1351 Harrison St in SoMa was a favorite hangout for many San Francisco leathermen. Over the years the Ambush became known for its kinky art shows, state-of-the-art sound system, sex in the bathroom and LSD. All of this was writ-large by the artistry of Chuck Arnett, whose heavy artwork for the Ambush set the tone of this long-lost leather space. Offset printed on thick cardstock. Measures 14 x 18 inches
